Dr Sachin Gupta is MCA, M.Phil., and completed his Ph.D. from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. He is having 19 years’ rich experience in the field of teaching as well as in administration. He is an active researcher and has published and presented 9 papers in international, national journals and conference proceedings and a Book published in his account.
Continuous adaptation and improvement is essential for every successful institution. Thus, goals need to be redefined and new trails have to be defined. Trying to achieve excellence in the field of teaching and research activities is our motive. Our first aim is to develop the students into good human beings and to impart education in the best possible way. Our vision of education at NCP College of Polytechnic is based on innovative learning methodologies and to provide quality, moral values, disciplined life style and feeling of companionship among our students.
With the passage of time comes the need for novel changes and development and this is what implores this change to advance towards fresh prosperity and built it to one of the leading colleges of region.
In my duty as the principal of this college, I aspire to make this institution one of the most prestigious college of the country known for its distinct academic and research pursuits. I know this will be a herculean task but I hope to carry out this mission through an orderly and systematized manner with in a time frame and with the help of our college family members who work endlessly to bring about a change, the change that preside glory and pride. Alongside, I attempt to develop the infrastructure of the college. Whole heartedly, I will endeavour on these missions and welfare of the college.
Apart from scheduling various industrial trips from time to time, we conduct and promote various extracurricular activities for over all development of the child. Education is now no more a process of mere transferring of information and knowledge. It has to be an intellectual awakening and a powerful instrument for exploring unlimited possibilities that lie in future. Therefore we strive to nurture and groom students into professionals capable of facing challenges of a highly competitive world.
